I am in an abnormally good mood
I’m going to give Green or Blue credit for that. I decided to start my day listening to them, which I haven’t done in a while. Then the weather gods smiled down on me, because today it is in the 60’s & I love it. Then I find out that 2 of my classes are cancelled so I got to leave right after African Studies. Even that class was good today, and I normally hate it. We watched a video on Mexican segregation in the 1930’s that was really interesting.
And all the while, I’ve got the voice of Matt Nicolae in my ears. Can time just stop for a few minutes while we all appreciate the perfection that is his voice, and the beauty of all Green or Blue music in general.
My day is great, I feel great, and it’s all because I started my day with Green or Blue. That’s it.

God, the way he sings “down” (at least that’s the word I believe it is) at 34-35 seconds. It gets me every time. I love him and would happily marry him.
Listening to Green or Blue on a rainy day is perfection.

I don’t think anyone will ever understand how much their music means to me. I found out about them when I needed their music the most. It has comforted me in a million different ways. Everything is so perfect about them; the instruments, their vocals, their personalities. Their music has brought me to tears on more than one occasion; sometimes because of its sadness, and sometimes just because it sounds so beautiful. They make me feel a million emotions all at once.
I even have a hard time putting it into words, because no words feel right. I guess I just want to say thanks to Matt, Ben, and Andy for making such beautiful music. Every single one of your songs holds a special place in my heart.

Green or Blue - Whiskey and Ashes
So, I recently landed my first drum endorsement with TRX Cymbals. Its such a dream come true. It’s been 8 years and I never thought it would come this far. Thank YOU for everyone who believes in me and supports me with all I do. In honor to show you guys the cymbals, I wanted to do a song that means a lot to me. One of the first songs I wrote with the band that I’m in, Green or Blue. Such an honor to be part of this band and to play music with Matt and Ben. Such nice and talented guys. Again, thank you to everyone who watches these videos and supports all I do with this. I’m not well-known as all the other drummers on youtube but it’s such an awesome feeling to read all of your comments :) Again, thank you. Talk to you soon.
